Received fourth IPT treatment today. Nagging ascites is the thing that WOULD leave, but returns slowly. I learned what a bad day really looks like. Don't label a day "bad", just because the morning seems impossible. Trying to come across energy sometimes requires a longer delay than we wish. Receiving a hug from a caring doctor is frontline compassion. Focus on what you want, turn a blind eye to what you don't. Give credence to the experience of others that have walked the path ahead of you. Never restrict or diminish the love that you have for one another. Expect wonderful results for everything you choose to undertake. 25% reduction in tumor markers after 15 days ain't bad. Always greet people in wheelchairs with extra kindness. Forgive yourself, others and every situation that failed to measure up. Feel love for yourself and others as your final experience of the day. Apologize in advance for posting blogs that some may not appreciate.
Ozone therapies tomorrow....
Love to all,
Jason and Denise
