Brief check in..
We were set up to go for the IPT treatments today, but Dr. Lodi postponed it until tomorrow or possibly Wednesday. The postponement was due partly to the severe discomfort that Denise is experiencing from fluid collection in her abdomen. Tomorrow we will return to Banner Desert Hospital to have a procedure which allows her to control the frequency of draining the fluid.
Depending on the the hour of our release, we will return to The Oasis to assess Denise's treatment options for the remainder of the week.
Today marks two weeks of our being here in Arizona and I can tell you we miss the girls tremendously. Sometimes two weeks can seem like two months...
