Hi Everyone,
The consult was awesome today. The things that were discussed: Review of Denise's story to date, therapies to arrest the current level of cancer (IPT etc), therapies to convince the undecided cells on the edge of the tumors to come back to the healthy side, and balancing the body by using nutrition and homeopathic compounds. There were numerous examples given by Dr Lodi to educate us on everything discovered…both scientific and commonsensical...delivered ala "The Education of Little Tree". It was very unrushed, relaxed and focused on Denise (and including me as well). Probably lasted an hour and a half....
The staff are all super caring and authentic and upbeat....Doctor, nurses, assistants, physical therapists, raw food (un) cooks, a guy in the back on the juice machine (I'm told), administrative personnel, everyone very dialed in!! Bathrooms were spa-like with aromatic candles in large shallow bowls with stones....etc, etc…
Since it was late in the day they drew blood for profile. Then Denise received Vitamin IVs (C and two other compounds) some Lasix to reduce her swelling and some meds to pick up from the pharmacy for overnight relief of the fluid accumulation. Tomorrow we continue with today’s regimen and begin IPT on Thursday.
Denise is doing well ...she is so much stronger than she gives herself credit for.
We are both amazed at the love and high level of response. Feeling the energy of caring support flowing from back there…to out here. Very touching.
Anyway, enough for now....long day.
