Tommy here again...just a quick update on Denise.
She and Jason arrived safely in Phoenix yesterday. Denise has her assessment with Dr. Lodi at noon today (3pm EST). Please keep those positive thoughts and prayers directed towards her and Jason.
Denise said the hardest part of the trip was the shuttle ride from the airport. If you have ever ridden one those, you know how difficult it is even when you are at 100%. Anyway, she said her legs swelled up a bit on the plane ride from Cincinnati to Phoenix. This, according to Denise, has a positive aspect to it in that nobody will be commenting on her skinny legs anymore. On a side note, as I understand it, Jason stood most of the plane ride from Cincy due to the dimensionally challenged individual who involuntarily occupied his own seat and half of Jason's as well.
